Is My Crystal Pattern Dishwasher Safe?
We do not recommend that you put your crystal in the dishwasher. Washing by hand with a mild detergent is best. Place a towel in the bottom of the sink to help avoid breakage. Do not wear jewelry as rings will scratch the surface. Always dry immediately.

Is My China Pattern Dishwasher Safe?
Please follow manufacturers suggestions. If the manufacturer is not in business, then follow these guidelines. For everyday patterns dish washing is fine. For semi-porcelain, fine or bone china, hand wash with mild detergent and dry immediately.

We do offer a basic repair service for items that are broken, cracked, or chipped. Please call for prices and return times.

Are The Patterns You Have New Or Used?
We do buy new merchandise from retailers all over the country and can track whether the items came from an individual or store. Please inquire if this is pertinent to you. Please be assured that when we do buy merchandise from an individuals or our suppliers, each item is given a rigorous inspection. We do not buy seconds or defective merchandise.
